Be sure to blend all of the ingredients together until you get a smooth drink
Chocolate Banana Smoothie
- 1 Cup of non-fat yogurt
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Cup of Milk
- Unsweetened Chocolate Powder for taste
Mango Smoothie
- 1 Large Mango, Diced and Chilled
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup of Yogurt
- 1 Cup of Orange Juice
- 6 Ice Cubes
-Add the Ice and Mango after the other ingredients have been blended together
Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 1 Cup of Low-Fat Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1/4 Cup of Skim Milk
- 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
