Fit
First, we will start out with the fit of the 34’s. When ordering I would be sure to stay true to size as these fit very nicely. This pair from Nike has again included the Flywire technology, and the Flywire itself will lock in your foot but definitely be sure to double knot the shoelaces because they tend to be a little long and come loose when they are not double knotted. The heel is very well supported and included on the back of the heal on the outside of the shoe is strong and sturdy support unlike some of the older versions. Inside of the cushioning, there are two Zoom Air pockets which can really be felt during a run as well as just walking around in them which leads to a comfortable ride.
Durability
Next, we have the durability, and this shoe is a must if you run on all kinds of surfaces whether it is trails, track, concrete or whatever it may be. Although it is a bit of a heavier shoe it is very well put together and the woven upper will take all kinds of hits without ripping. I ran 500+ miles in these shoes and they are very dirty but they hold together well. The bottom rubber is very worn and it is almost down to the cushioning in some places, but that is to be expected if you run that many miles in one shoe. Overall the durability is very solid and the miles could keep going past what is said by the retailer.

The shoe has a weight of 10.1oz and could be a little heavy depending on what you are used to running in. Overall this is a very solid shoe and I would personally recommend them for any level of competition. They are a little bit heavy but it included incredible durability to be used for hundreds of miles to come. The 34’s come with a great feel and serve as a comfortable ride to most athletes.
